I have been working in the sensory field for the last 12 years. My experience comes from work with the Norwegian Food Research Institute, which is serving the Norwegian Food Industry in various ways. The Sensory and Consumer Department run sensory and consumer projects for the food industry, as well as being part of larger research collaboration projects funded by the EU. Basic research in sensory and consumer science was also part of the work.
I also have been working with more practical sensory work connected to research going on at the Department of Viticulture and Enology, at UC Davis.
